Demi took wonderful care of us. She was able to handle a special request we had and changed our room to a lower floor close to the door due to physical limitations I had that day. So friendly and helpful - she is a credit to your organization. Can't beat the location in respect to downtown, close restaurants (Chuy's is close by and was great). As always it was clean and comfortable and hot coffee is available 24/7 in the laundry/gym area.

We stayed here before & it was wonderful, so we booked it again for an overnight getaway. It did not disappoint. The hotel is in a great area & a close drive to shopping & restaurants. It is beautiful & clean. The staff are exceptional. After checking in, the phone rang in the room. It was the manager checking to see if we were pleased with the room & if there was anything we needed. I consider that going above & beyond with customer service. I highly recommend & definitely will return again when we're in the area.

The front desk manager Chris was wonderful to us. He was able to provide us with early check-in after learning that I had just had a medical procedure done and needed to get my legs elevated. He even called the room to check on us and make sure there was nothing I needed. It was very appreciated. Quiet neighborhood. Clean comfortable room in a good location. Top Notch.

Really nice place. Great facilities, everything worked, friendly&helpful staff, plenty of parking (the booking.com listing says you must reserve parking for $5 a day but when i arrived i was told 'just park anywhere.'. There was no fee. Seasonal? I don't know.) The room was clean and well maintained.
