We stayed here before & it was wonderful, so we booked it again for an overnight getaway. It did not disappoint. The hotel is in a great area & a close drive to shopping & restaurants. It is beautiful & clean. The staff are exceptional. After checking in, the phone rang in the room. It was the manager checking to see if we were pleased with the room & if there was anything we needed. I consider that going above & beyond with customer service. I highly recommend & definitely will return again when we're in the area.

Our queen bed suite had sleeper sofa if needed but make sure linens are in the closet when you check in. It also had a stove, fridge & coffee maker (supplied with coffee packets)and dishes & silverware if you wanted to make meals especially for extended stays. Location good and it was quiet at night (sort of business complex area and it was the weekend). Restaurants etc available within 5-10 minutes. Front desk and personnel very friendly and helpful and accommodating.

Chris and Aniska took great care of us as usual. Our check-in was quick and easy and they even called to check that we got into our room okay and if see we needed anything. They also allowed our grocery order to be delivered to the room instead of having to meet the delivery guy at the front. Love having the kitchen and full-sized fridge. Rooms are always clean, hot coffee is always available, and you can't beat the location.

Chris and Aniska took good care of us on our stay. Always helpful and friendly. We have to travel to Vanderbilt Medical Center monthly and this has become our favorite place to stay. Clean, quiet and very conveniently located. Easier to get downtown from here than from the airport side of town. Great local restaurants including a Mediterranean choice just across the street.

The front desk manager Chris was wonderful to us. He was able to provide us with early check-in after learning that I had just had a medical procedure done and needed to get my legs elevated. He even called the room to check on us and make sure there was nothing I needed. It was very appreciated. Quiet neighborhood. Clean comfortable room in a good location. Top Notch.
